You can make a request for a new sheet here: Character Sheets & Compendium forum.  More specifically: Sheet Request Thread, Consolidated, mk I   Be warned, there's quite a long line of requests in that thread...  FYI: Community members that create nearly all of the sheet's on roll20, volunteer their time to do so.  More popular games often have a larger pool of potential sheet authors.  Building a fairly simple sheet for roll20 will usually take about week's worth coding/design for someone that knows at least a little html/css and more complex sheet's can take a month or more with on-going support for new features, suggestions, updates, etc.  It's often a labor of love on the author's part.  It helps if an author knows the system, hence the more popular games often get a sheet created first. All that said, there may be someone that is willing to throw some time at making a barebones sheet that could be improved upon other's or as skills develop.  Or you can build one yourself(pro perk to use/build custom sheets).  Lot's of helpful people here. Goodluck

Hashiru. These forums are not like you see on other sites. The Code of Conduct is very strongly enforced which promotes polite, helpful, and usually friendly environment to ask questions in. Vince has the gist of it as almost all sheets on Roll20 are community supported which means that some  members here create the sheets they use or interested in the system. Take a look over at the Forums and the specific thread Vince posted about. After that, post a request about the sheet and mention what system you are wanting it to represent. You might find someone that is interested in building it or you could go pro subscription and work on it yourself if you don't. Either way, good luck. Pat.
Hi Hashiru, I've moved this to the appropriate forum and the above posters have given you great advice.
ah thanks sorry i wasn't sure where to post it hahaha.
Basically i just want the basic dnd 5e by roll 20 sheet, but where i can change the name of the skills, thats literally all i want in a character sheet, that and  where the skills have a 0/3456 instead of a set value increase by the stat associated with it, thats all please and thank you who ever decides to take up making my campaign sheet.

The problem is, to use a custom sheet, you need to be a Pro user for at least one month. Roll20 has a policy of only having one (sometimes two) sheet per game system, and that is strictly enforced. That means even if someome did take up your offer to make a new sheet, they couldnt add it to the ingame sheet selection, and you not being a plus user couldn't use it. You could ask a current maintainer of the D&D sheets if they'd tweak the sheet to add your features as an option.
I was a pro for a month, thanks to a member of my campaign buying me it.
