Macbook Issues

So, I have seen this thread pop up often here, but never have I found a solution that works. Basically, Roll20 just stopped working on my Macbook last year, doesn't work on Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. I've tried them all. I've tried waiting thinking it was a Roll20 update, but no. Still nothing. It is a bit annoying tbh. I actually had to load up a different laptop just to post this thread because I can't even seem to post a forum thread using the macbook!

Well, I can tell you it is not a Mac is PC issue. I use both a MacBook pro and a PC desktop to access Roll20. Both work the exact same. I'd recommend working through the troubleshooting steps: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues#Step_1:_Make_sure_to_use_the_right_browser Don't forget that console log.
Hi Noxaimora, We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with this. As Scott stated, please work through our guide to Solving Technical issues. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser (Depending on when you last did this, please attempt this again) - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve your issue, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information. Thanks!
