Players remain on VTT after exit and stay there

Below is a problem from a previous forum thread I am now having the same problem at: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/4113399 this obviously isnt he actual link to the vtt game but judging from previous thats all you need to make it go away. Cheers :o) Hi. Can you please help me remove "Jaraxle" from my campaign tabletop, preferably without Kicking him from the campaign? Info: A single player's name "jaraxle" has been persistently appearing as logged-in my game's tabletop for the past 3+ weeks. He is not actually present, does not have his browser still open, is not answering chat beeps and has not actually played recently. But I don't want to boot him out of the campaign, just off the tabletop. It's just his name sitting at the bottom like he is constantly in the game all day. Can a Mod / Dev please help remove the person from the VTT without me kicking them from the Campaign? Or, tell me if it is best advised to kick them from the campaign to accomplish this if necessary, or if there is another way.
I have seen this problem posted before, and the advice I remember is to have the player log in again, and then exit the game using the "exit game" command on the settings tab.
Thanks Valerie much appreciated :o)
Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. Same results.

This has been a long known about glitch that pops up occasionally when a player just closes down their browser without exiting the game properly by using the exit game button. 9 out of 10 times it can be resolved when the player re-enters but that 10th time requires a Dev to resolve it. If this becomes the 10th time, drop an email to the Devs at team@roll20.net and let them know what happened.
