Music stops for players but not for DM

Hey! After the last changes to music, last weekend my players and I finally played using the new music system. It's all well and nice but they told me that the music stopped about 1 hour in or more. I was playing a list with many ambient songs and to me it was still playing and going through all the songs properly but for all other 5 players the music had stopped completely. Is this a bug, just lag because of the long playlist or something else? Cheers.
Hi Domaik, We're sorry to hear that your players are experiencing issues with this. Please have them work through our guide to  Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve the issue, please have them work though step 4 and provide a console log.  As soon as we hear back from you on this, we will move your report to the Feedback thread  here .  Thanks!
We have tried with no luck. Last session the music stopped more than ever for some players but never for me (the DM). We also had cases where if I re-adjusted the volume of a playing track it would be heard by one or 2 players but the rest wouldn't hear it. It was quite unreliable and hard to pin-point why it's happening. We're all using firefox...
Hello again Domaik, Can you and your players please follow all of   Step 4  of our  Solving Technical Issues  guide the next time this happens.  (Don't forget the complete Console Log from each of you!) As soon as we have that information, we can move your issue to the main thread .
