Compendium 504

Here's an appropriate log file for this issue: I can almost reliably reproduce it through the Charactermancer on the Backgrounds page for D&amp;D 5th Edition characters. Hello AndreilChaoti, I believe you are referring to your other post here . Is this correct? We are a bit confused as you stated the issue is no longer persisting. Are you having this issue again? If so, please follow all of the following steps in order: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome&nbsp; and&nbsp; Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable&nbsp; all&nbsp; add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through&nbsp; Step 4 .&nbsp;This step is needed if the previous steps do not help.&nbsp; (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) I’m not entirely sure what exactly is causing the problems, but it’s specific to one game I am running, when I am running the Charactermancer. The error is always 504, yeah, and only seems to happen on the Backgrounds section when making characters. My game is running today in a couple hours, so I can check again if any specific background selection triggers it to happen. The log file I shared was from that same game, I had selected the “Custom” background and when it happened, and it caused the Charactermancer to just completely break after that step

Got it to happen again after playing with the backgrounds page of teh charactermancer for a bit. I went through all the steps as normal except after picking a background initally, I went to the equipment step and selected a starting equipment method as well. IP is blacked out for anonymity, but it's an ipv6 address Edit : This specifically is triggered by selecting the Custom background and waiting a moment, changing to other backgrounds can cause them to bug out too, after the fact.
