Looking to either start or join a new 3.5 Campaign

I'm looking to play some DnD 3.5 with a group of at most 4 (4 total in party). I can either create a campaign or I'd like to join a campaign but it must not have started and we must talk Via skype or team speak. If I create the campaign: I do allow home brew, you can find the 3.5 homebrew wiki to find classes and races but it must be approved by me as some homebrew is obviously over powered. Even if you don't use home brew, I do use home brew to add flavorful classes to fight against. I do also ask to add a cooking skill to the mix (INT) because ya never know when hunting and cooking out in the field will save you. Or you might have to take the place of a chef to poison a king or something. I prefer to control a small group, something easy to control. Time wise, I will wait and see what everyone can do before choosing a time, I'm very open to what I can do. If I join a campagin: Like I said must be new, I do have experience in playing, I love to roleplay and improve my character having him/her evolve over time. I do like homebrew but I can deal without using it, though I want to play a mage I would need help understanding the rules of the magic user (like what to roll to hit and spell resistances and what not) I also like to use some homebrew traits and faults (favorite is bibliophile, lets me read quicker and understand written langauage (by getting the gist of it) but if I don't read every 48 hours I gain a minus 1 to all mental rolls, also gotta roll to not go nuts if I see books LOL) I would ask to see if they are approved of course. So yeah Ask if you want me to join or want to join a campaign. I got plenty of characters already waiting to be used, from A Blind Lesser Thi-kreen (homebrew race for 3.5) Monk A One eyed Goblin rogue who wants revenge on a paladin who killed his family A human boneblade (Homebrew classes, uses his bones to form new weapons) who wants to get stronger A human soul knife who was banished from his noble family for his power (or so he thinks) And those are just some of my more favorite guys I'd like to use ^_^ So yeah I'd prefer to join rather then host

I'd like to start up a Forgotten realms 3.5 campaign setting no home brew so the Soul knife would be cool and Banished is also cool so yeah .. before I go ahead and build some grand campaign for it I would like to know the interest of everyone and where every one wants to be from cause it matters cause if your from one area in Faerun, the other areas might not speak your Common language.... so I'd prefer if the whole party was from the same area or bordering areas so it can be easier for the party to communicate.... I'd also like to start it with maybe 3-4players no more then 4 and I can do this on Mondays or Tuesdays 7pm EST maybe even both Days some weeks and flip flop to every ones schedule.... also I know the magic use pretty well and some of the options for it as well as prestige so if you want to learn some time I can help just matters what you are going for as a Wizard ...P.S Alignment is of no concern and Player Killing is Frowned upon but I wont Bar it...... the whole discussion on how everyone met would be up to the party as well as where they would like the campaign to go I can adapt and pretty much go with the flow of things.. so for the sake of things we can just say the party had met already unless you guys want to meet in game and I can come up with a scenario to match the role-playing .. also would like to have more role-playing in my campaign but expect a sudden fight here and there and maybe a dungeon crawl if the group wants..... mainly it's how ever the group want's to play

If you are a DM and want to make a campaign there is no need to worry. Post a nice description of the campaign and you will fill up wityh players within hours.
