Lost Data

Our Group recently had a player back out of the game. He then deleted his account and the game the had all of the information for the game and all character sheets. Is there any chance that Roll20 keeps a backup of the information so that we can download or import the information into another game room? I was also listed as a GM for the page but before we could pull the info out he dropped the page and account. Please advise.

It was deleted last night around midnight from what I can tell. We are not to sure why he completely deleted his account, he was a very good GM. I am trying to work with him to return through Discord. I appreciate any help you can render.&nbsp;

No we never revivied the information, characters, NPCs, Notes etc from the page. Hoping to still pull anything we can.

Thanks for the update on this, Chris. In a situation such as this, we can only grab this information if the creator contacts us and gives us permission.&nbsp; Options would include restoring the account or transferring the campaign to the Co-GM.

I was Listed as the Co-Gm. Also, He is back on roll20 and he was also attempting to recover the info He is now listed as&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/users/4155576/zoltar-the-2nd" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/users/4155576/zoltar-the-2nd</a> If you can transfer the files to either of us would be great.
