Storage quota broken, assets missing

I had just checked back into my game to pull up a character sheet, when over half of the tokens I had placed in the sandbox map had gone missing. After some investigating, tons of images had gone missing from my storage and yet it reports being "over the limit", which has now broken 90% of the avatars and outright caused tokens to be deleted. I have absolutely no idea what could have caused this.
Hi Cid, I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with this. Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser            - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20            - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve your issue, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information.
No results, and the images in my storage were deleted spontaneously in-house, almost as though someone hacked into my game and griefed my storage or by some as-yet-unidentified quirk in the site code. Character sheets were not affected outside of avatars, fortunately.

Did you have another player appointed as GM at one time? If they placed the assets and then for some reason deleted their account or some of their assets, that could possibly lead to the results you are seeing. If this is not the case, and they are indeed missing from your library, and not just your pages, then this sounds like it warrants a dev's attention.
No other players were granted GM role. I've had to manually re-upload everything that went missing, sometime between 12th to 13th March.

I would suggest completing  Step 4  above (no link was given, unfortunately) along with the complete console log to gather all the info about your setup that a dev may need to look at and post it here, as Berenice has requested.
