Hi guys, I have a 10 slot TeamSpeak server that I use for my campaign on Saturday morning, I'm willing to let anyone use it during other times, just contact me via PM and we can work out a time slot for you.

Even without that feature, our Mumble server has sound quality leaps and bounds greater than Skype or Google hangouts.
Ive used Google+ and Skype mostly for my games, they've worked fine for me so far mostly (being in Aus and only had some distortions at times) however for one game we used Dolby Axon which is free and you can set up your own group rooms and all
