Lighting and magical effects

So I paid for the 9.99$ a month sub which says it has lighting effects and magical effects. I've been poking around in the wiki and can't find anything about it.  Can anyone provide direction? Also, a link to how players import characters would be appreciated, I can't seem to find that either

Dynamic Lighting , Allows you to control light, vision and Line of Sight SFX:   Using in a macro ,  Custom FX , allows you to create (or use built-in) particle effects and trigger them with text commands (macros)  Transmogrifier , allows you, the GM, to move assets between games, including: Pages Characters Decks Handouts Rollable tables Jukebox playlist Players can move their characters into a new game by themselves using the Character Vault , if the GM has enabled it for that game.
