When you group a number of objects (for example making a pre-fab room for a dungeon) you can drag them around as you please. When you copy the group and paste it a number of issues come up.
1.) All individual objects reset their rotation (everything points the same direction, the default direction) --> the same thing happens when you attempt to move an object that has been rotated. It automatically resets its orientation
2.) Sizing gets all borked up. For example, if the group of objects originally made was 30x30 feet, the size of the copy-pasted group will scale up or down (rather unpredictably) with the zoom level
3.) Layering. If you attempt to do complicated layering (for instance, having the floor, walls and furniture all grouped together) and copy-paste the Group the layering seems random. Some floor tiles will show over walls, some wall tiles will cover furniture, ect.)
It might make things easier if there were more than 3 possible layers (one for walls, one for floors, ect) to make things simpler.
