Hi everyone. I'm looking for a few people who would like to try out The Sprawl. It's a Powered by the Apocalypse cyberpunk game where your characters are professional badass criminals doing criminal things in service to the megacorporations that have replaced the governments of the near future. It's a sci fi setting with lots of chrome and neon. If you like Cyberpunk 2020 or Shadowrun but don't want to spend 3-6 hours wading through character creation, this might just be the game for you. Character Playbooks (think roles or classes) The DRIVER plugs her car into her brain and roars of f in a cloud of fumes and drones The FIXER hooks people up with gear, jobs, friends, and trouble The HACKER glides through computer networks taking what the job requires, and more The HUNTER searches the streets for whatever or whoever needs finding The INFILTRATOR is a master of getting into secure places and doing bad things there The KILLER uses bleeding edge technology to commit violence The PUSHER wants to change the world, one mind at a time The REPORTER uncovers the truth and exposes the guilty The SOLDIER plans and executes missions in the corporate wars The TECH is the master of gear: building it, fixing it, and breaking it The World/Setting is our own. YOU will help create the Corporations and Sprawl that we adventure in. I use Discord for voice and roll20 for maps and such. A few things about my and my table 18+ Sorry no kiddos LBGT+ friendly: Play whatever character of whatever gender/identity/oreintation you want. R rating with an x card: This is a violent, gritty, dirty excessive world where it's high risk high reward. That being said you can Nope out of any scene at any time without penalty if it makes you uncomfortable. I do use profanity, gore, and violence where the story demands. Personal Rules for every campaign/game I run: 1) Wheaton's Law Don't be a D*ck. Everyone is here to have fun in a fictional setting. You don't have to hog the spotlight, kill everything w/o regard to consequences or treat it like a competition. 2) You are on a TEAM. You don't have to like the people you work with, but you are a professional and unless you are doing all of the guarding, fighting, matrix searching, surviellance, driving and guarding yourself while you sleep/use the restroom, you are breaking rule one 3) You are a Professional. You can do whatever you want in any of my games but understand that every action has consequences and reprecussions 4) I will police the game. If you have an issue with anyone including me bring it up privately and I'll deal with it IF you think you'd like to get your cybercrime on today and can abide by my standards, hit me up and I'll PM you a link to the game and the discord channel IF we have fun, I might make this a weekly or biweekly game
