Emits Light Feature Not Working correctly.

Noticed that when one of the Player token has "All Players See Light" Switched off.  (Ex: 1 player has Darkvision) the other Players can still see the light through their eyes.  Here is a Screenshot.  The token on the right has Emits Lights selected at 60/20 and the box in " All players see light" is unchecked.   The player on the Left has only 60/20 Vision set exactly the same.  The Screenshot below shows the Ctrl+L from the Lefthand players eyes, and as you can see - he can still see the player.  My current page setting is just underneath.(Screenshot 2) If I turn off Enforce line of sight for the page, the right player token goes dark, from the Left token perspective. If, at that point, I turn "ON" the All players see the light for the right token.  It is still dark when Enforce line of sight remains off.
We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with this. Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser            - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20            - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us with the name of the Character Sheet you are using and thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Chris, before you go through a lot of troubleshooting, check to see if this is a Control-L issue rather than a lighting issue.  When you use Control-L to see from the player's point of view, you will also be able to see from the point of view of any token you as GM control, which is usually all of them.  To check whether this is the problem, open a page in a different account as player-only, and give your new self control of the token you want to know about.  I hope this helps, V

I've been experiencing the same issue for month actually. I tried all the troubleshooting I could find and nothing changed. I understood it was a "new feature" rather than a bug. I think a few version before we could Ctrl+L a token and have that vision only. Now we have the 'shared lightning/vision' of the tokens that are not emitting light for standard players because we're DMs. Used that a lot to pop monster in the dead angles, and now I'm in a lot of pain to understand exactly what a player see and what-not. It makes no actual sense. I'm not really sure why this was changed at all, really disliking the whole Ctrl+L function now as it is rather useless. Same things goes for the dynamic lighning drawn ABOVE tokens. Seriously, why is this not an option ? Since we're using view angles, the tokens of my players are cut in half, and when they got summons, they can't even know where they are. At least If i wanted that result before, I could bring the token in the DM layer and baam, done.

The Control-L issue is definitely a bug and not a feature. It is on the list of known issues to be resolved from the late January update. Control-L is intended to give you individual token lighting view, not all token views simultaneously. Until it is resolved, you'd be best served by using the method in the last part of Valerie's post.
Well, I missed that one on the bug list, my apologies. Can't wait for it to be fixed ! I'll gladly sacrifice a few players for it.

It's high on everyone's wish list. :)
So it's definitely a GM only issue it seems.  When troubleshooting with players, they were seeing the light from others where I could not ( even when I Reloaded game as a player.)  and when I could see light from the others tokens even All Players Can See was switched off, they could not.
Hi Chris, if you're able to, please provide a console log.
