Savage Worlds: Mushroom Kingdom RP interest?

Hey guys, been a few months and some changes, looking for a few folks who might be interested in this idea. Its a very easy system to learn, all you need is good role playing skills. In addition I can show you how to play the game if you need to learn anything about the system. This game is 70% rp and 30% action for those who want to know. Its VERY easy to learn. So far I made three races that I would allow in the game: Yoshis, koopa troopas, para troopas, hammer brothers, and royal koopas so far. Also I just made toad's race as well. The story line I wanted to use is imagine the heroic exploits of the Mario Brothers saving the mushroom kingdom were long past and the peace between the koopa clan and the mushroom kingdom has lasted for a entire century. But! There is a person running around both kingdoms trying to stir old passions of hatred of the past. Whichever characters you play would take the role of those who try to locate this person and attempt to stop them and their reign of terror. Let me know if anyone has any interest in this? Time? Glad to hear from someone, its not too rules heavy of a system. I can teach it to you very easy. Its more for the role play, story, and character progression. Let me know if you want to know anything more. I know there have to be more Mario fans out there. :)

Maybe something on the weekend, I'm open to time of course. The game system is very simple, character creation is a breeze too. The only thing you have to worry about is what your character will do in the story. Any more interested parties?

Alright then. I should say that I am quite new with the system myself. I am probably in the same position as Kat, but I am also a quick learner.

No problem, Savage worlds is pretty easy to learn. Its more about story and character progression than worrying about stats. Thats what is so nice about it. But I would have no problem helping anyone.

I have a question. Which version of the Mushroom Kingdom are we going to be running around in? Each Mario game changes it. Example, Super Mario RPG is distinctly different than other versions of what the Mushroom Kingdom is. Also, fairly interested, but was more interested in making a unique character. Kind of like what the Mario Bros. were in the Mushroom Kingdom, not many Humans around, fairly unique.

Well, the only places I planned on taking material from (and there are alot!) Super Mario 1,2, and 3 And a few elements from Super Mario World (SNES). What kind of idea were you thinking of? I am always willing and happy to listen to peoples ideas.

I was also interested in being a human in the mushroom kingdom. They are rare and unique in the Mushroom Kingdom. Also, I am available all weekend.

Ahh a flying troopa, those are pretty neat! Lets see if we got maybe one or two more takers, maybe we can get this thing going. For anyone that is unfamiliar with Savage Worlds, its a 80% rp, and character development game. So for those who love numbers, you wont like it too much.

The only two days I cannot do is Tuesday, and Saturday now that I got my new work schedule. Any other day past 4pm EST is fair game.

Unfortunately I cant do Saturday as I stated, what I really need is a common time we can get together weekly. I'm planning for this to be a long term, but planning is necessary. What would help if everyone posts what time and day they are available. Me: mon, wed, thurs, fri, and sunday 4pm EST and beyond.
