Fatal Error when launching Roll20 in Google Hangouts

This has been happening intermittently for months, but almost constantly in the last couple of months. Whenever I try to launch Roll20 in Google Hangouts, I get the following error: The page at <a href="https://ega1ishctv8cj3blqun5vr891vinoa3n-a-hangou" rel="nofollow">https://ega1ishctv8cj3blqun5vr891vinoa3n-a-hangou</a>... says: Fatal error: Unable to retrieve authorization token. Please reload and try again. No matter how many times I reload, I get the same error. I use Firefox (latest version), have cleared the cache and restarted in safe mode in order to disable all extensions, and I still get the error. Curiously, this only seems to happen on the day of a scheduled session. If I launch Roll20 in Hangouts the night before a session, the app loads without issue.

I already did that. Edit: Misunderstood regarding console. Will have to do that later. Already running a session in the web app.

Yes. I opened the console and then tried to launch Roll20 in Hangouts. This was the resulting output.

I'm now getting this error every time I launch in Hangouts, regardless of whether I have a session scheduled or not. It has progressed from an occasional occurrence to something that happens every single time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Google plugins for my browser, with no improvement.

If I missed this answer up above, please excuse me: Do you have problems with google hangouts when you aren't launching Roll20? Does it work just for normal chatting?

Can you try using this link: <a href="https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions?pli=1" rel="nofollow">https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions?pli=1</a> and finding the Roll20 app and Clicking Revoke Access. Then try launching Roll20 again in the Hangout and you should get prompted to re-authorize Roll20 again. If that works and you can authorize Roll20 again and still get the fatal error let me know. It's possible something is corrupt with the OUATH token in your G+ Profile.

That seems to have done it. I've launched in Hangouts, exited, and relaunched multiple times, and Roll20 is working again. Thanks!

That worked for me too, thank god. We we're bummin there for awhile.

I have revoked access to roll20, and reauthorized, and I still get the error described by the original poster in G+ hangout. Others in my roll20-enabled G+ hangout worked. natively on the roll20website, things seem to work.
