Roll20 Tabletop Interface won't get past black loading screen.

I have tried everything from other forum topics, from the wiki, reset my browser, updated my computer, cleared my cache... everything. My tabletop screens won't load for either the campaign I run or the campaign I'm in as a player. My boyfriend's computer works just fine for some reason, but mine won't work in any browser from Firefox, Chrome, or IE. I always use Chrome so I'd like to play there. I click on 'join game' or 'launch campaign' and the black screen shows flavor text (and sometimes counts down) but it won't get past it! I use Chrome and my system is Windows 7 (64). I can't work on my campaign or play in the other one, please help D:
I have the same problem. I've tried clearing my cache, disabling addons, updating programs, using different browsers, and none of that has improved the situation at all.
yup i also have the same problem, it worked once but everytime after i just sit at the loading screen and sit there forever
EDIT: I performed further updates and installed some malware/cleaners to check my computer system, and it fixed the issues. I used a combination of Microsoft Security Essentials, Revo Uninstaller, CCleaner, and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware . I suggest trying this, it permanently fixed my issues, as far as I can tell.

If you're still having this issue, try this workaround: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/697074/campaign-hangs-on-loading-screen-normal-fixes-inneffective/#post-748601" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/697074/campaign-hangs-on-loading-screen-normal-fixes-inneffective/#post-748601</a>
