Samsung galaxy tab s4.  Android.  Using chrome or firefox.    I'm able to drag in everywhere else in the module except the transmogifier.   I want to know if this is a software issue or a getting a bluetooth mouse would fix.  Also I am unable to grab the corner to resize it.

Yes and it worked great on my PC. Here is what I figured out. Its the action using the stylus or your finger is the issue. I connected a bluetooth mouse to my tablet and the transmorgifier worked fine but I also noticed some wierd behaviors. For example your java right script menu does not work with a right click of a mouse but does work with the stylus.
