(static)Custom - Campaign background image? How do I set it?

(static) Campaign background image? How do I set it? I cannot seem to find the controls to either upload or set my Campaigns background image. I am not talking about the Background layer, I am talking about the option as a Supporter to have a custom Campaign background image. Any help is appreciated. Am I just not locating a options screen someplace? Did some searching both online and in the forums, but I cannot locate how to upload a custom Campaign background image?

When on the Details page, there's a "Campaign Settings" link on the side. It only allows me to select from 3 pictures through and doesn't give me an upload option. It also only seems to work in the forum/details page not the actual game itself.

Cool thanks! I was hoping there was a ability to load your own images? If so, Ive not found it yet.

Which is strange, because the Supporter/Mentor breakdown says that supporters get "Custom Campaign Backgrounds" while Mentors get "Custom Campaign Backgrounds" with sub-text of "Including motion backgrounds". Yet, as a mentor, all I see on the Campaign Settings page are three motion backgrounds. (Also, those motion backgrounds are suuuuper slow on a maximized window with any decently sized monitor, even with a beefy computer. Reducing the window size by a sufficient amount restores them to the animation speed they display in the preview.)
