Hey there! I've been DMing tabletop games for most of my life but I've only played a couple games on roll20 and never as a DM. I do know the basic functions though, I'd love to give it a try! Idealy, I'd prefer a group of people that know each other but that's not mandatory. Oh, and you'll need a headset, I don't do purely text. If the entire group speaks french i could run a french game. The game itself: What we're going to do is up in the air right now. I just read the Eberron campaign book and I might want to give that a go, I also have an homebrew setting that was very popular with my friends irl but if you have a specific setting in mind please let me know and i'll take a look! I don't really have any interest in the premade adventure modules but i might be talked into using one of their setting for inspiration. Everything from WotC is accepted, including any and all class/race/feat from Unearthed arcana, with the exception of items that have been updated (for instance i'd accept the new kensai but not the first draft)... unless you make a solid argument in favor. About my DMing style: I think the real point of tabletop games is to create together an amazing story. It's definitively not about "winning" dnd; I don't care if you make a weak character or a min/maxed monster, as long as your character inspires you and you (and everyone else..) have fun. I will fudge rolls if doing so makes for better drama. I will completely scrap my plans for the current quest if something better comes from the actions of my players. I don't really like "parody" characters but i don't mind funny characters. If you're unsure which category your idea goes in, let's talk! for any questions, i'll check here once in a while or message me on discord @ mcflaytud #2688
