Topic. My GM likes to use music that comes off WAY too loud, and I can't seem to lower it or mute it. Any ideas?

last tab on the right, the gear icon. You have a master music control. You can quiet it or turn it all the way off from there. If he's using something besides the roll20 jukebox, you'll have to deal with that program's settings.
