 1. Age? 28  2. Experience? DM 10 years, 1 year long campaign in pathfinder as a player and about 8 sessions in 5e. 3. Are team player? yes 4. Are you a rules lawyer? no 5. Are you okay with gay or bisexual npcs? meh 6. Do you roleplay? yes 7. Do you like romance in game? meh  8. Do you respect the DM decisions on how to run the game and what tools he wants to use? yes but i will always suggest ways to improve (After the game and when Appropriate).  game will start in 2 weeks.

Do you like romance in game? if its between ongoing characters im ok with it as long as its tasteful 8. Romance to advance the story's plot or a character's plot yes. Romance for the sake of romance, less so. 8. Do you respect the DM decisions on how to run the game and what tools he wants to use?
