Allow proper looping of properly tagged files

Some audio files don't loop properly and some have an introduction. Like, imagine getting to the final boss fight. It has an introduction before it enters the main loop. Some may have an outro that only gets played when looping is disabled. It would be nice to have proper support for such files. I haven't been able to find any definitive "Standard" for tagging the start and end of a loop, so maybe the Roll20 crew could just say "It needs these tags" or something or have an input where you can specify where the loop starts and ends.
