Broken Images

Yesterday I´hav played DnD at roll20 and everything was fine. Today I opened roll20 and all of the custom images at all of the campaigns are broken for me (the broken icon is there but no picture). All the other players can see the pictures. My friend joined with my account on his PC and everything was fine. So I´ve followed this 3 steps: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache Still broken images. I restarted my router and used another VPN, the problem is still there. Anyone who can help me?
Same issue here, all images show as broken links, I did not have this issue yesterday. Went through all the steps and four different browsers with the same result.

Same here, my players can see everything fine though. Used Chrome and Firefox, disabled all addons, disabled my firewall/anti-virus software, cleared my cache... My Firefox is up to date (version 66.03), downloaded chrome just now for testing purposes, so guess its up to date too My PC runs on Windows 10, Javascript is enabled, my virus software is GData, and I disabled all browser add-ons. I'd give you guys the log too, but seems like I'm too stupid to find it...
Since multiple users are reporting the same issue, I think there may have been a temporary outage. I will inquire with the devs.

I have the same issue since yesterday and went through the steps, too. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10. I tried using my laptop and another account and have the same issue there, too. I don't have the problem on my mobile devices. Images not hosted through Roll20 (e.g. linked images in handouts etc) do still work. The issue also extends to user images (like here in the forums) and custom maps as well. In short, every image that has been uploaded by users of Roll20. I tried to work around it by deleting an image and re-uploading it, but it seems like there is no upload happening at all. The file name shows up in my library, but the images aren't uploaded (I checked with a friend who doesn't have the issue). Curiously the problem is kind of solved by using my smartphone as a hotspot for my laptop. But for longterm use of Roll20, that's not really practical. The log shows dozens of errors like the following one: (index):561 GET https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/30066211/NvMPQ5eiRGVYW4_xuSfBzg/thumb.jpg?1489346634058 net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED I am not able to open the link above in the browser (Error: Website not available) but people that don't have the issue are able to do so. I hope this helps you to fix the issue. Edit: The problem is fixed for me now (6 hours after my initial post). I guess that was your doing because I changed nothing. So: Thank you!
