I am working on making maps and setting up to run an Exodus game. Interplay before they sold the rights to Fallout, paid Glutton Creeper Games to create a D20 3.5 rule-set PnP Fallout game. They then canceled the order and he changed a bit of the history and names and release what is in a nutshell Fallout 3.5 Pen and Paper.
