Greetings Roleplayers, I'm looking for a weekly game running somewhere between 18PM and 23PM (max 24) in the EST timezone, with availabilities on sundays, mondays, thursdays, fridays and saturdays. I'll admit that sundays and thursdays are easier for me and on those I can almost guarantee I'll never miss a game. I've been on a streamed game on sundays for the last year and have been very reliable during that time. I also have a game that has been ongoing on Roll20 for more than a year and have participated in a number of one shots hosted on Roll20, so I know how very possible it is to find groups to one's liking on here. A little bit more about me that I feel need to be said: English is not my natural language but I've always played most of my games in english for a long time. I'm now 38 yo and I consider myself perfectly bilingual with an accent. I've been playing TTRPGs since I was 8. Being from a small town, I had to convince people to play RPG so I had to DM a lot. Then during my 20s I stopped playing without realising it. I simply didn't feel I could spend the time and be reliable enough to keep playing without causing game cancellations. Times change, one gets settled so I've begun playing again in the last 5 years, locally then on Roll20 when local became complicated. At this point, I need to specify that I dislike when games are cancelled at the last minute, which is why I insist on those points. I really don't mind when games are cancelled weeks or a couple days in advance. I manage my schedule. Now that this is said, a little bit more about me as a player. I tend to get involved in the story and in my fellow players. I've been known to be able to tone it down when fellow players asked me to do so. I've been known to double down when people enjoy it. It's all about getting to know our characters and then each other and being open minded about the whole process. My "style" is a mix of tactical player and storyteller, mostly. I am willing to play in all kind of games, but overall I prefer "serious" games where we take the setting and the story we are telling seriously. I really don't mind goofy characters and even goofing out of character, I do it myself ... but I think you get my meaning. I like to feel invested in the game, as that is how I enjoy the time I put into it. Last thing I'd like to say is ... even though I still shy away from paying regularily for a DM and even though I believe 10 dollars for 3-4 hours of quality entertainment is nothing given the time DMs need to invest in preparing their game, I would be willing to give money to a DM that would need it to buy quality content from time to time. I know I've already shown my appreciation in that way. Feel free to PM me or ask here. I have discord and a quality voice setup and am willing to hop on there if needed. Have a good night, Carl EDIT: I am EST, but I've been playing with groups in the PST and CST timezone in the last year.
