LFP 1 or 2 more players for a game set in the 90's no magic

Played mostly in a play-by-post style on discord, with larger scenes and combat taking place on roll20. The current party just turned level 3.&nbsp; The setting is late 1990's , a fictional Us city in Iowa. We are using 3.5e mixed with d20 modern and homebrew. What's the plot or setting?&nbsp; 1990s Iowa doesn't tell us much.&nbsp; Is this a mystery? Suspense?&nbsp; Urban Fantasy? Horror?&nbsp; Mundane drama?&nbsp; What is the makeup of the current party and what have they been up to?

It's investigative suspense. Current party is a businessman and a criminal, they teamed up to go looking for some people that have been reported missing in the outskirts of the city.
