when creating text box on the screen, at first it stays where cursor puts. but, using select tool to move textbox, textbox's corner automatically snaps to gird. is this bug? or just default feature?

Whether it's a bug or a feature, you can hold ALT while you reposition the text (as with any other image) to ignore snap-to-grid. -Phnord
