Name: Tony Age: 48 Role: GM Timezone: CST Games: 5e, Shadowrun 5, Zweihander, Stars Without Number (Soon), Burning Wheel (soon) Hi there - I gamed quite a lot in my 20s then stopped for a LONG time to be an actor and then picked up the GM Hat once again several years ago.  My style tends to be on the epic side of campaigns and I like lots of moving elements and intrigue but I also enjoy throwing challenging tactical fights at a party as well.  I use a lot of techniques to create immersion - I'm an actor so I can reproduce a different feel for NPCs that are distinct and recognizable. I invested in a vocal processor to recreate monstrous or vocal effects depending on the setting. I have a sound suite and controller that allow me to create soundscapes with individual components (a drinking crowd, a fiddle player in a corner, cheers and laughs, clinking of glasses) and music tracks that reinforce incidental, moody, combat and investigative scenes.  As I said - I really love the long game with an epic ending so if I start something you can expect story arcs that last and develop.  The Shadowrun game (for example) ran 1.5 years and they just hit the start of Act 3 before it had to go on hiatus. I also continually study my craft and the influences to my style were learned from the styles of Matt Mercer, Matt Colville and Guy Sclanders in addition to Adam Koebel, Jason Charles Miller (I've followed him since his early rockstar days) and others that I like to catch from time to time.
