Marketplace Tokens/Traps not transparent?

I recently purchased some marketplace tokens. Mostly Traps and spell effects. I was under the impression that these were transparent background tokens. But all I see when I drag and drop them from the "My purchases" tab, they all come with a white background. Is this a bug? Known issue? Or is this how it is suppose to be? Here are the ones that I got. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/3686/pixels-animated-mechanical-traps https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/3799/animated-spell-fx-vol-1 https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/3642/asv1-traps

Hmm.. When I drag those in, I have transparent backgrounds. Do you have hardware acceleration turned on in your browser?

Hi Michael, I know that my Animation Sensations traps are all transparent. Check out the Animation Bug Thread for the known issues. I know some folks were experiencing a similar issue at one point. Sending a console log including your browser to that thread when you recreate that bug is the one of the best ways to help get it resolved.

I do not know why I did not think of the browser as a factor when trying to troubleshoot this myself. I use Waterfox, it does not work for myself on it. I tried Edge, it does not work, I tried firefox and it did not seem to work as well. But when I used Chrome, it seemed to work just fine. All animations were transparent. I guess Ill use Chrome for now until I can figure out what is causing the issue. Thank you very much Munky!

It does seem Chrome works best with Roll20 in general, not just for animations either. I use Firefox usually, and it usually runs smoothly but there are bugs in Firefox from time to time. I test most of my items in both these days.
