[Adventures in Middle-earth] The only AiME sheet on Roll20 is 2 years out of date

There seems to be exactly one Roll20 sheet for Adventures of Middle Earth . However, its current state is... disappointing, to say the least. According to this page , the authors are Steve K. , Phil B. , and Randall B. . The description says: "This is a modified 5th Edition OGL sheet with some minor additions/modifications appropriate to Adventures in Middle Earth. The player's Misery/Maddness target number is automatically tracked with the accumulation of Shadow (temporary and permanent)." Unfortunately, the current 5th edition OGL sheet seems vastly superior to this one, even with its AiME-specific modifications. The primary reason for this is that the current sheet hasn't been updated in quite some time. According to the history , the AiME sheet was last updated in November... but that was just the translations. The last actual update to the sheet itself was a resource tracking fix way back in July 2017. By comparison, the 5th edition OGL sheet has gotten a ton of updates since then, and was actually updated most recently just 2 days ago. It works quite well - I've used it in all the other (regular D&D 5e) games I play on Roll20. I actually found a forum post by Flex from December 2017 that pointed out that the sheet was quite outdated even then, and asking it to be updated. Another user suggested messaging the sheet creators, but there was no other response to the thread and it was automatically closed. I also found this post by Yinan W. in February 2018 that also noted that the sheet was outdated (including one of my own complaints: the Features section is just a textbox - with no separator between features and no way to post a feature description to chat automatically), and noting that he'd adapted the Roll20 OGL sheet for his own use with some changes, linking his github page for it ... but he doesn't seem to have ever followed the process for adding it to Roll20's github page . Plus, it's not clear how exactly it differs from the existing AiME sheet - as it seems to repeat some of the changes from the 5e OGL sheet, instead of being a fork of the existing AiME sheet. Anyway, this is mostly me expressing my frustration. I don't want to come off as entitled - especially since I'm not technically inclined (at least with regard to HTML and CSS), and wouldn't be able to do the work myself. But the only AiME-specific sheet on Roll20 seems to have been neglected for far too long, and it could really use some attention. Anyone who knows what they're doing: please update this sheet, ideally bringing over some/many of the positive changes that have been made to the 5th edition OGL sheet since the AiME sheet was last updated. (EDIT: I've messaged those mentioned above with an explanation and link to this thread in the hope of getting this issue addressed.)

The Adventures in Middle Earth is not an official sheet. Only the sheets listed as being by Roll20 are official sheets.  The vast majority of the rest are done by volunteers.

Yeah, it's not an official sheet. The was majority of the sheets are made and maintained by community members, and have no official status. David said: Only the sheets listed as being by Roll20 are official sheets. There exist one or two sheets that are endorsed by the publishers (so official), but aren't maintained by Roll20. Earthdawn is an example of this, which is acknowledged by having "(Official)" in it's name. (IMO the title should be edited as mislead and inaccurate)
Due to some issues with myself and Roll20, I no longer develop or maintain community sheets, but will answer dm's if someone wants to update the sheet and has questions. FWIW, I think they'd have a better time of re-doing modifications based on the current 5e sheet rather than trying to update the current AiME sheet.

I'll admit, I don't exactly know what it means for a Roll20 character sheet to be "official", then; I was already under the impression such sheets were done by volunteers. (I can't edit the title, as far as I can tell.) And agreed, Randall.

This is my understanding: If a sheet has the "Official" tag, it means that it is supported by someone on the Roll20 dev team, and usually with some agreement with the owner of the system's copyright. Roll20 curates these sheets and is responsible for fixing them. An unofficial sheet is one that was contributed by someone in the community. They may become abandoned over time, or someone else may take them over. It is also possible that any use can make a minor change (such as correcting a typo or fixing some CSS without disturbing anyone. Even unofficial sheets are vetted by Roll20 to make sure they meet some minimum standard in order to be included in the campaign creation dropdown. In these latter cases, if a fix needs to be made, an appeal is usually sent to the author of record, either here in the forums, on the sheet's issue tracker, or by some contact means they may have put in the repository readme file for the project. If the author(s) of record do not respond, it is possible that another community volunteer may decide to give a hand in fixing something that is broken. In the case of this sheet, it's easily confused, because several of the names you listed are current team members. However, any changes or contribution they may have made seem to be "unofficial". And you are correct, V2Blast. Only a moderator or a team member can edit thread titles. Even Forum Champions can't do that. :) Edit: And it looks like somebody has done just that.

Shadowrun 5th Edition Unofficial sheet is an example of a sheet that is developed by a Roll20 team member, but is only a hobby project and in no way official, and the sheet name even reflects that to dispel any uncertainties. About updating the sheet: Anyway, updating the AiME sheet to the current standards of the 5E OGL sheet is likely a huge undertaking, and there is a great risk nobody is willing to go for it. Even author's or some of the more up-to-date 5E-based sheets haven't really felt to update them to reflect improvements made to 5E OGL. There is a risk that it might even be less work to start from the latest 5E OGL sheet and them just make the AiME chages to it, rather than work through 2 years worth of changes...

I agree, starting with the current sheet and then reimplementing the AiME-specific modifications would probably be way easier, given that the AiME-specific modifications on the current AiME sheet are fairly minor by comparison to the changes to the 5e OGL sheet since it was originally split off.
