[LFP][5e][EST]Princes of the Apocalypse

I am just finishing off a playthrough of Curse of Strahd for a group of four players, and they are ready for the next adventure that follows. As such I will be soon starting up a fresh Princes of the Apocalypse campaign for the group, with new characters, and a new adventure. Being that PoA is intended for a group of six players, we are looking to add two more people to our party! We would be happy to take in new, and practiced players alike, as we are always happy to help someone learn the ropes. Currently, our weekly games are held on Thursday nights around 11 pm est and tend to go for 3-5 hours, depending on how the group is feeling. We are also prone to pickup games through the other days of the week when everyone happens to be available, and willing. If this sounds like the group for you, please fill out the short form below, and tell us a little about yourself! We look forward to seeing you at our table. We currently have a druid, a divine soul sorcerer, and a storm sorcerer. Players begin at level 3. Name: Time Zone: Age: Tabletop Experience: Character concept: (Race, Class, etc):

Name: Jon Time Zone: PST Age: 32 Tabletop Experience: I've played a lot of 5e and am really familiar with the system. Character Concept: I have two different character concepts in mind actually that I haven't decided on. Edit: Spent some more time fleshing out these character concepts. Keladrin is a half-elf college of whispers bard (possible multiclass with paladin or warlock) that will be at home manipulating social situations to his advantage as well as being extremely dangerous on the battlefield. His ability to trick, taunt, and intimidate his foes give him a major edge in combat. Fenrik is a shadar-kai elven fighter brute who is a bounty hunter loyal to money and the thrill of the hunt. After escaping the army of an evil warlord aspiring for world conquest, Ferrik has turned his ability to track and hurt people toward making gold and making a better life for himself. Ferrik seeks revenge against this evil warlord for murdering his brother and will take any opportunity to hurt them. I was actually looking for a game with this exact time slot so this fits perfectly for me. I really enjoy a good balance of role-playing and combat and I feel like I would be a strong asset to any adventuring party. Its second nature for me to make jokes and wisecracks sometimes and that definitely bleeds into all the characters I play. I've been in a weekly tuesday night dnd game for close to 8 months now missing maybe only 1 session the entire time. If selected to play with this group, you can expect someone who will show up reliably and be prepared to take on challenges as a team.
One thing I wanted to mention real fast is this will be an adaption of Princes of the Apocalypse in the Tal'Dorei setting, it will be fully adjusted to have lore friendly locales from there instead of the Forgotten Realms!
Name: Max Time Zone: Central Age: 31 Tabletop Experience: Decent amount of 3.5 experience, though I haven't played in nearly 12 years. Character concept: (Race, Class, etc): a fun loving half elf rogue, a swamp raised wood elf ranger who hates trolls, or a reluctant (and thus usually drunk) cleric chosen against his will by his deity.
Name: Mike Time Zone: EST Age: Upper 30's Tabletop Experience: I've been playing/running D&D and other vairous TTRPGs since the early 90s. I'm just as comfortable running a game as I am being a player though currently, I'm on a player kick. Character concept: (Race, Class, etc): Gold Dragonborn, Paladin of Devotion which is a far cry from what I normally play and I'm pretty excited to dig into the character concept and fully flesh out a character should I be accepted at the table. Should there be any imbalance in the party I'm more than willing to fill the gap with any class/concept that is needed. Regards, Mike

Hey everyone! Loving the apps so far! It'll definitely be a tough decision! I will be closing the apps in approximately 24 hours at which point the group and I will vote for the apps we like, and send discord invites (we use discord for voice) to those who we select. Feel free to dm me any questions!
