Hello! ^ U ^ I have taken many liberties with the D&D system to create something that I feel is more unique and gives a lot of room for more stuff to happen. I will start off that this is not the beginning of the game and you will be coming into it near a boss battle (it has happened before and went well, and I have ideas on how to do this). I currently have five characters but am more comfortable with larger groups so I am wanting two to three more characters to join in. I will invite everyone who is interested into a Wednesday game (it will be a oneshot) just to see how you all play and if you would mesh well with my current players, some of them might even be playing. You will be level nineteen, but there are many more levels to go, so don't worry about the campaign closing anytime soon. Now a little about my world. It is a completely new world, this is the first campaign in this world and I am creating things as the story goes on. I leave a lot of room for quests and am very focused on role-play. I am a new DM, so there are things I am learning about, and I can improve in combat, and I think I slowly am. This is not a campaign for rule-layers, I break a lot of rules, I create house rules, and if someone is really uptight, it takes away from the fun. The level cap is forty for mortals and sixty for Gods; there is no stat cap; this, I would consider is a more mature game because topics such as sex do come up. If you want to play a religious character, I have my own Pantheon (that I haven't finished but if you have a specific God you want to pray to, I will get that done ASAP). In general my world is quite large and has a lot of events going on. I do create my own bosses, and my bosses are meant to be hard to fight. I DO NOT plan against what my character's player's capabilities are, there are always specific themes, and some fights you will be able to breeze through, some will take strategy, some, you have to run (though this has not happened yet). My players also help determine the world, I need your help and creativity and deep backstories are a must. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
