Hey there; I'm fairly new to D&D and I wanted to ask if homebrew characters are allowed here? I wanted to play 5e or even 3.5? Anything to get my feet wet. I've had a few tieflings but I wanted to play a Skeleton race if that's allowed. I found a really good homebrew of it but unsure if it's not worth the time or effort for monster races. Especially here.
