Sorry for the late response. Maps built with tiles and tokens require these steps (this compiled from various posts): Go to the map page and disable the grid. Remove all non static tokens or tiles (mainly monsters, npcs/pc, and other items that would move such as doors). I would recommend sending them to the GM layer and setting the opacity to 0 so they would stay in place but be invisible for the following steps. Decide on the best zoom level that you or your soon to be GM likes the detail. Screen capture the map. You might have to section the map up when you do this if it is a truly large map or you want high detail. Use your preferred photo program (I use gimp) for each screen capture to create a jpg on your computer (you might want to save/export it in a specific folder but that is your choice). Once you have everything screen captured, have it uploaded to the new game. Now these steps take time to go through but it will provide you with your map. You can either reassemble the map prior to uploading it (this will count against your storage quota) or after the upload if the fully assembled map is to large to upload (free account has a 5 mb size limit but it is more like 3.5 or 4 mb due to overhead requirement of the upload). While I seem to specify you, the player can also do all the steps if you have it setup for them (perform step 1 and 2) or if they are a co-GM and you, as the current GM, are comfortable with them knowing any hidden knowledge.
