Hello all, I have recently introduced some changes and additions to the CoC 7th Ed. char sheets, and I realise I've taken some missteps on doing so. To start off, I want to apologise to the previous sheet authors for altering their design without contacting them or letting them know in some way. It was a dick move, but as many other things, it slipped my mind. I also want to apologise to anyone using the sheets for any inconvenience or confusion caused by their alterations or additions. Going forth, I am planning on ''curating'' the sheet to the best of my abilities and introduce new things or remove things already in place, depending on the community's descision. A game is set up, in wich any new changes or additions will be featured and listed. Feel free to join it and provide feedback at your leisure. ( <a href="https://app.roll20.net/join/4355943/nTz5_Q" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/join/4355943/nTz5_Q</a> ) At its current state, the char sheet changes (in regards to their original state) are as follows: - Added Grey Background color - Added Beige Background color for each individual Section (such as Investigator Info, Characteristics etc.). - Added a Collapsible Options Section on top left (Cog tab), where Era Dropdown Selection is added (see below), as does a Pulp Overlay and further Pulp Options checkboxes (see below), and other Additional Options (see below). - Three Era selections were added (Dark Ages, Modern, End Times). Selecting any of these will change the skills and their respective values displayed, referenced from the official Cthulhu Through the Ages Supplement Book, the Bouts of Madness Tables that the buttons pull results from and the colour of the headers. - Pulp Options were added. • Pulp Overlay Checkbox: Toggles on/off the Pulp Overlay, changing header Colour to Maroon Red , changing 'Investigator Info' to 'Hero Info', adding an 'Archetype' input field next to 'Occupation', and automatically toggling Pulp HP. This overlay steps over any preexisting Era Selection. • Pulp HP Checkbox: Toggles on/off Pulp HP, intended in use for people who don't want the Pulp Overlay. (This checkbox was moved from the main char sheet to this section) • Pulp Bouts of Madness Checkbox: Toggles on/off Pulp BoM, replacing the ones already in place, with the their respective Pulp ones. • Pulp Talents Checkbox: Toggles on/off a section for keeping note of Pulp Talents used in the setting. A simple add/modify/delete function is in place. - Dice Rolls Checkbox: Toggles on/off a section with Common Dice Rolls for the game, a custom rolls input (requires xdxx format) and a rollable Body Hit Locations table. - Armor Checkbox: Toggles on/off a section with rollable Armor Locations (requires xdxx format) directly under the Weapons List in the 'Combat' section. - Companions Checkbox: Toggles on/off a section under 'Combat', where Companions/Mounts/Vehicles can be noted down with a simple add/modify/delete function in place. - A ' Dying ' checkbox was added in place of the moved 'Pulp HP' checkbox, as per physical Char sheets. - Added a Hidden Major Wound section that appears when the relative checkbox is toggled, for noting Characteristis or Skill changes resulting from Major Wounds to make their bookeeping abit easier. - Added Era Specific Bouts of Madness in the Sanity section, and a Current Mental Condition input to keep track of Specific Insanity Effects in place. - To keep the appearance of the char sheet symetrical, the ' Magic Points ' section was moven underneath 'Luck'. - 'Investigator Skills' Header was changed to ' Skills ' as per physical Char sheets. - 'Weapons' Header was changed to ' Combat '. - The ' Gear and Possessions ' textbox was split in half to simulate a list, more akin to the physical sheet. - Reduced ' Backstory ' textboxes size. - Made Textboxes in general to be expandable only vertically. In the immediate future I'm planning on expanding the sheets to include all other Eras as per official Call of Cthulhu Supplements. (Invictus, Gasslight, Icarus) I also want to mention that the sheets were more than adequate in their previous state. All those changes are not ''essential'' in playing the game. Obviously a number of them stem from personal taste.
