The TokenMod Available from the drop down)script can do this quite handily. Depending upon wow and why you want to modify hp, Group Check (available from the dropdown) and Apply Damage can speed things up quite a bit. The repository for Apply Damage seems to have evaporated. The link I gave was a pastebin, so it's probably volatile.
