Token Settings refusing to open

So, I had this issue ever since I have started using roll20, which was about a year ago. After a certain amount of time, after opening and closing token settings a few times, they just refuse to open alltogether, requiring me to reload the page (which is not something you do quickly, since reopening all the handouts as a gm is a pain). This happens much more commonly in Firefox than in Chrome. But Firefox is supported by roll20, is it not? Is this issue already known? Does anybody else experience it? It has been there for ages now, so I am wondering as to why it has not been fixed. Btw, i had this issue on multiple computers with different networks even.

This happens to me about once a month or so. It's annoying, but doesn't occur often enough to be a big issue. Next time it happens, I'll try some other solutions—like switching maps—to see if it can be stopped by less drastic means.
It happens for me almost every single time I use roll20.... Maybe I should just start using Chrome but it's still annoying

I feel like I've had this myself once or twice but if you get it regularly I'd recommend grabbing a console log to help the devs check for issues: In Google Chrome Use the keyboard shortcut: Command - Option - J (Mac) or Control -Shift -J (Windows/Linux). If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/console#opening_the_console In Mozilla Firefox Use the keyboard shortcut: Control-Shift-K (Command-Option-K on the Mac) If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Web_Console Also, as a pro user I would also offer a potential workaround... use TokenMod :) Build a few macros for the more common things you are opening/closing token settings for and you'll never need open a token's settings again ;)
