Hear ye, hear ye - noble lords and ladies of the Seven Kingdoms: By decree of his Grace, Robert Baratheon, First of His Name, King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm, all shall bear witness to the elevation of a new house to serve under the good graces of our good king. In honor of his steadfast support and sacrifices made during Robert's Rebellion, King Robert Baratheon has chosen to award Ser Caston Wynbard the lands and titles of Lord of Hook's Hall. House Wynbard will be recognized as a full banner of Lord Stannis Baratheon of Dragonstone. May the Seven bless this joyous occassion for many generations of prosperity upon them all. It's been just a handful of years since the bloody end of Robert's Rebellion, and House Wynbard has finally gotten its feet after a major restoration of Hook's Hall, a minor fortress along Massey's Hook, between Bronzegate and Sharp Point. The house has enjoyed relative prosperity and comfort in its early years, but as the Starks say "Winter is Coming" ---- Interested in taking a role within a newly elevated banner house within the Game of Thrones universe? Join us and help House Wynbard establish itself and survive, nay - prosper, throughout the coming years! What we need: Players! I have 2 tenative players already, and we have a GM already (That's me!) When we play: I am located in Bangkok, Thailand - as are 2 of my tenative players, so we are aiming for Friday night (19:00 Friday Thai Time) / 8:00 AM Friday EST. Things to know: The game is run with the Song of Ice and Fire RPG system, with probably house-ruling as we decide as a group. The setting is centered around the PC's noble house (House Wynbard) which is in the Stormlands, but in GoT fashion, expect some travel and exploration of several of the famous places of Westeros (and beyond!) Players are expect to be cooperative to each other - developing and building up their Noble House together will help them to pursue their own individual goals. YES, you can be a conniving, skulking, dirty double-dealer... but that's for people *outside* of the house. I have a good feel for the books and the TV show and will pull elements from both to inform the game - but will also be moving outside of the scope of those to make my adventures and plothooks. Nobody has plot immunity. We play through a combination of Discord voice chat and Roll20. If any of this seems interesting and you can do the time - please let me know!
