One off Sessions

I've recently been wracking my brain and search engines in search of some decent games that can be played start to finish within one session (max 6 hours) and are somewhat easy to set up on Roll20. All I can really come up with is Fiasco. Any suggestions?
Dogs in the Vineyard Don't Rest Your Head Durance Pretty much any game could be done in one session...though some will balance out to longer combats,e tc.

"In A Wicked Age..." is another one and I think some of the Apocalypse World spin-offs also work as one shots too. Edit: Also most titles from Bully Pulpit Games (guys who made Fiasco) are designed to be one shots and should also be really easy to set up in Roll20.
bare bones fantasy, any games with descriptors and tags not stats like fiasco. Space Patrol, etc. you can do a D&D one shot if you pre gen 25 % more characters that you're running for and have players pick. I do that all the time with a lot of systems.
http://paizo.com/products/btpy8j5w?Pathfinder-Modu... This is a very good one. Only a short campaign, and well-written.
I run a decent amount of one-offs in 4e. I think it works really well actually. I do agree with Trollkin though that pre-gen characters are the way to go. A lot of times one-off's are appealing to new players so that is a big help there too. Generally, my one offs are just dungeon delves with everything mapped out ahead of time, and a boss at the end. I have three or four that I just will reuse for different groups. Also, I haven't tried it yet, but an idea I am toying with is just keeping everyone "in combat" the whole time... forcing them to move their speed, like a board game and allowing short rest healing surges after combat.

Inspectres is a great game, and you can probably play two games in that time. Trollbabe is another one of my favourites, easily playable in under 6 hours. 3:16 Carnage Amongst the Stars is a great space marine game you will easily finish a session in that time.
Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Really helped to push me forward. If anyone is interested, I made a one shot group called 1Off Games . The hope is to have a decent sized group of people that can just start pickup games whenever there are enough people. Response has been good, 24 people have joined in just a couple days.
I ran a short 2-3 hour one-off game at a party once based on the idea that each player draws a hand of 5-6 Tarot cards, and at any point when attempting to do something they can play a Tarot card and say 'this is how good I am at doing this particular thing'. Numbered cards simply establish relative rankings, and the Major Arcana mean that the character also has a supernatural power associated with that thing appropriate to the theme of the Major Arcana played. It was pretty fun, and a quick way to have a mechanics-lite game with a lot of weird storytelling opportunities.
