Players can see everything

One of my players on my campaign can see everything when I have dynamic lighting on. The rest cannot. Why is this happening?
Tell them to log out and back in.
HoneyBadger said: Tell them to log out and back in. Did that several times. The weird thing is that if he zooms in and out, he can see part of the map, and some remains hidden. However, he can always see some of the map--he said he doesn't even see the GM opacity. It's just as bright as day.
1. Tell 'em to use a different browser. 2. Update his video drivers.
1. Yup. 2. Uh-huh. Things to know: 1. He had GM rights, but "rejoin as player" didn't fix the issue. I demoted him to player, but he still saw everything. I tried "kick player" and re-inviting him, but it still didn't fix anything. Is there perhaps a tech support number?
Have him follow these steps: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues</a>

See Riley's post above, Chad. Have your player follow those steps.
FYI: the issue didn't happen the last time we played. Weird. We'll see what happens tonight!
