Character sheets are translated through crowdin using data-i18n html attributes. You can read more about the process in the wiki

Internationalization &amp; Translations We use Crowdin to crowdsource translations. The best way to translate an existing character sheet is to become a translator by emailing a request to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> . Character Sheet authors have a number of controls over how the sheet is translated and how the translation is displayed. Full documentation can be found in the Roll20 Wiki . Sheets that are duplicated and translated manually rather than using this translation process will not be accept. If a character sheet have translation tags, it's just a simple thing to apply to become a translator through Crowdin. If it doesn't have the language tags, they need to be manually added to enable translations. What's the name of the sheet you want to get translated?
It would be the "Shadowrun 5th Edition (advanced)" sheet

Hetzer said: It would be the "Shadowrun 5th Edition (advanced)" sheet That sheet does not unfortunately have the language tags in place to quickly translate it, so it would be lots of work following this guide to do it. As in going through 12000 lines of code and make small changes here and there. It's doable, but would require time. Fortunately the " Shadowrun 5th Edition " could be quickly translated as it have the tags in place already.

Unfortunately it seems that the " Shadowrun 5th Edition " sheet is translated. But it isn't functioning properly. So I wanted to translate the other sheet. Is translating a sheet without these marks any diffrent from replacing all the original words with the translated? And what would be the diffrence between tranlating the sheet and putting data-i18n tags in the original sheet? Edit: By now im not quite sure if the translated version is bades on the Shadowrun Sheet you linked. Does translating change the look of a sheet?
