Hi, folks! I'm brand new to tabletop games, but I want to get my feet wet. I'm looking for a group who wouldn't mind showing a newbie how it's done. I've been wanting to play D&D for ages, but we all know how hard it is to organize a friend group IRL.  I'm a writer so I'm used to thinking in-character, and I've played many (many) hours of rp video games.  My only experience with D&D is listening to some Critical Role & a false start of a campaign here.  I've got a couple rough character ideas and a bag of dice, and I'm very excited to jump in! I work evenings, so games need be run in the morning EST, preferably during the week.  Prefer voice or vid+voice Party must be LGBTQ+ friendly Willing to pay small fee for the right group
