[DnD 5e OGL] Added Sanity attribute but lost DnD styling

I'll start by saying that I am in by no means a web developer, so please accept my apologies if this is a stupid question. I had a friend (who is a developer) help me out by add the sanity attribute to the 5e OGL sheet so I can use it as a custom sheet in my upcoming Curse of Strahd campaign.  The change worked perfectly, however after doing so, I've lost the DnD type styling of the sheet as highlighted in the below images.  I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it's possible to get this styling back....or is it only available when you use the non-custom character sheet provided by roll20? Stock character sheet by Roll20 (no sanity) Customised Roll20 OGL (With sanity added)

The dnd styling is a unique case of sheet styling. It actually isn't stored on the character sheet, but is instead on the Roll20 servers and is set to be linked to the 5e by Roll20 sheet.
Thanks for your response Scott.  I assume that this means there's no way to use the DnD styling for a custom sheet then?
