
Did you clear it from outside the game as there are two methods?
One inside the game is for the current chat displayed and will reload when you refresh or re-enter the game. The other (https://wiki.roll20.net/Game_Management#Clear_Chat_Archive) will permanently clear the chat up to that point. Usually it is recommended that GM's copy anything wanted to be kept as it will not be recoverable.
As Vince mentioned, it is a known issue that happens when the chat gets corrupted but a bad roll template or something similar.
Thanks Pat. Curious, does this only happen once a chat is corrupted or is this a system-wide issue with chat logs not displaying roll template based output? (my experience)

It use to be usually when the chat was corrupted but now with the infrastructure bugs happening, I really not sure anymore but a good start is making sure it is not corrupted then move from there.
If it discovered that it is a different bug (through a quick testing of clearing the chat and testing a template roll) then a post in the infrastructure bug thread would be something appropriate.
Cleared the chat log. Made some sheet rolls (all use roll templates), a standard /r roll and an API-based entry(turnMarker script I believe). None of the roll template rolls show up in the chat log and the line you see for "Resource Tracking" is also missing which is sent to chat via the Pathfinder Companion script. Seems like there's an issue with the chat log feature...

Thanks for the answer. I cleared chat archive from outside of the game, too. The screenshot was for my third attempt after it permanently cleared the chat and cleared web browser cache. It keeps happening even if I or my friends create new game rooms.
(Also, I can't see rolls on chat log on other game rooms where I participated as a player.) My friend tested it with several different browsers as well.
It seems like some people are still able to see the rolls on chat logs while some of my friends and I can not get it to show rolls in the chat log.
Same problem here. Cant see dice roll results in chat logs of current and past games. I read that some people say this is a known issue but I have only started experiencing this from few days back. Could this be due to the recent update?
