Forced log in

For almost a week now every time I try to work on any of my games I'm forced to go back to the front page of the roll20 website and log in from the beginning every few minutes of activity.  I can change pictures, move map pieces, make rolls, edit sheets, etc for about 10 to 15 minutes (as long as I am continuously editing during that time.  Not doing anything for a minute seems to end it early) and then Roll20 will start prompting me to log in every time I click on something.  But if I log in from that window, that window and any other roll20 windows that are open will all turn white and I have to go all the way back to the roll20 home page, log in and hope it actually saved what I worked on before and try to get as much done as I can before the next time it prompts me to log in. I actually had to have my players make rolls for me this week because the dice roller is included in the list of things I can't do without being prompted to log in.
Update:  Since I made the original post I have lost the ability to edit anything at all on Roll20.  No graphics, no text, no notes, no character sheets.  Nothing.

Thank you! I went through the steps ( I had to download Firefox) and it's still acting up on chrome.  So far it appears to be working as expected on Firefox but I haven't spent much time with it yet.
