Chat broken and unusable

I was trying to make some macros for one of the players in our group, and now the chat is unusable. See the following image. The image on the left is how it looks when i log in. The chat on the right is after I do something like click an attack on the character sheet or type something into the chat box. I use chrome browser

Have you tried clearing and\or archiving  you chat?

If you mean clear chat log, the same thing ends up happening. If there is a different option, I do not have access (I am not the GM).

Mike is speaking of clearing the chat archive , not the chat log . This is indeed something that needs to be done by the GM. Show them this: A game's Creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by  clearing the Chat Archive  (note: not  clearing your current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the Creator clears it.

Hello Skaeren,  As the others have mentioned, this issue is will need to be handled by the creator of the campaign via the campaign's out of game settings drop down list to "Clear Chat Archive'.  If this does not remedy the issue, feel free to let us know.
