Newbie: how do i level up my character? And how do I add equipment

After 30 minutes of trying (adding and deleting and re-adding games) I finally found how to access my character sheet. I'm using a PathFinder template. I used the Charactermancer to create my level 1 character. But I'm starting at level 2.  I went to the configuration tab and tried to add a second level or second class and nothing updates. How does one level up your character in this system? Also, - where's the equipment?

Have you looked at the sheet's wiki page ? I'm not familiar with the Pathfinder sheet, but Roll20Wiki's page for the Pathfinder sheet has a section detailing the equipment section that might help. There is a section for the Configuration Tab as well as a FAQ section. On a quick glance neither seems to on address your first issue, but it might still be useful.

The charactermancer does not level up in Pathfinder.  It can help you create a level 1, but that is it.  You need to level up manually.

We hand typed a character sheet(mis-spellings and all) and used a pencil, dice, and eraser..."  ;-P
