Compendium sharing limits - players listed as "game player" even after leaving my games

In a number of games I GM there are players who leave my games, but when I look in the forum, "game player" still appears by their name.  And this effects my compendium sharing limits.  So in a game that has only 5 players, the compendium sharing menu says that there are 7 players that I am sharing with.  If this continues I'm concerned it will interfere with my ability to share my compendium with players.
Hello James G., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue.  To rule out potential issues,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us the name of the affected campaigns.  Thank you!
Thanks Dragon Dreamer, Yes, I've checked in both Chrome and Firefox and have cleared the cache and the problem still persists.  No extensions/addons.   The names of the affected campaigns are; 1.  The Sunless Citadel (8 players, says I have 12) 2.  Lost Mines of Phandelver (Tues) (5 players, says I have 8) 3.  Forge of Fury (7 players, says I have 13) 4.  Lost Mines of Phandelver (Fri) (5 players, says I have 7)
Hello James G., Thank you for that information. I have passed it along to the devs. We hope to have more information for you soon.
Hi James, I was able to reproduce this behavior on my end as well and I have submitted a ticket to the development team. Sorry for the trouble!
Thank you!
