Editor not loading in Tutorial

Been away awhile, attempted to go through the Tutorial, but the editing area doesn't load. I can scroll through the steps and click on the editing tools, but there is nothing to apply it to. Two steps - log in, choose Tutorial I've tried on Firefox Quantum (ver. 67.0.1) and Chrome (ver. 75.0.3770.80 (official build) (64-bit) w/ all addons disabled, Java allowed and updated, on Windows 7 professional. Cache cleared. Reloaded, gave it time to load, still nothing.
