[LFG][LFP] DnD 5e Pokemon Edition - Help me test my Pokemon Safari One-Shot (Likely 3 sessions long)

June 05 (5 years ago)

Edited June 05 (5 years ago)

I am looking for 3-5 players (ideally in a group that knows one another already, but not a must) to play through my Pokemon 5e One-Shot.

I have built into Roll20 and DnD 5e a system that allows each player to control a small party of Pokemon and work as a group with other Pokemon Trainers in the Safari to see if they can catch 'em all!

It is very combat heavy with some RP, with the main aim of the One-Shot to work as a team to solve riddles and make it through the safari, all the while catching as many different types of Pokemon (Which you can then use to fight with). Every individual player has a small party of their own but the group score is calculated for the leaderboard to see if your group was the best at catching Pokemon in the safari, with rarer Pokemon being worth more points!

I will teach you everything you need to know about the new system before we begin.

It is based around the original Pokedex although slightly tweaked to include 165 Pokemon, and well as adjusted types for certain Pokemon.

The One-Shot is likely to last around 3 sessions of 4-5 hours each, by my calculations (But they might be way off, which is why I need testers).

Message me or reply here for more info and I will answer any questions you have!

Feel free to PM me directly!!

Hi,

This sounds great,

what timezone/time/day do you want to play on?

I have a lot of 5e and pokemon experience :)

Thanks for responding, Hass.

What I hope to do is find a group of people (3-5) then organise a time that suits everyone from there.

I am generally quite flexible with a fairly open schedule.

Ideally, something like a Wednesday, 7PM GMT until 11-12PM for a session would suit me, to give you an idea, but I generally am quite flexible like I say.

It's good you have experience in both as that will help, I just hope that doesnt put too much pressure on me!!

Feel free to PM me directly!

Hello Bezzyl,

The General Guidelines clause of the Code of Conduct -- Looking for Group supplemental guidelines states:

If you have games open to Roll20 users, we encourage you to post LFG listings for those specific games and invite people to your Discord privately.  You may place the link on your game details page or on a post to your game details forum or in a private message to someone. You may not place the link on your LFG Listing or in a post to your LFG Listing Discussion forum or in a post to the community forums.

If you would like to submit an appeal, you may contact the devs at Team@Roll20.net

Many apologies, I didn't realise it wasn't allowed. I know for the future!
